Las Laderas sits high between two national parks on the slopes of the Ilamatepec volcano, overlooking Lake Coatepeque. These conditions create the farm’s characteristically sweet and complex cup profile. The Lima family is one of El Salvador’s most awarded producers, with Las Laderas recognized multiple times in the Cup of Excellence.
