Is Wolfox dog-friendly?
Yes! We love furry friends. Well-behaved dogs are welcome in all of our locations, including Wolfox Savoy London, LOAFT concept stores, and Wolfox Madrid.

Do you offer dairy-free or vegan options?
Absolutely. We offer a range of dairy alternatives including oat, coconut, almond, and soy milk. Our menu also includes delicious vegan food and pastries – just ask our team for recommendations. We never charge extra for non-dairy milks.

I have a food allergy – what should I know before ordering?
Your safety is important to us. Please inform our staff of any allergies before ordering. While we take every precaution, please note that our kitchens handle nuts, gluten, and other allergens.

Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes, we offer a selection of gluten-free cakes, snacks, and even some savoury items. Ask at the counter or check the labels for our GF options. For restaurant menus, please check the website or email the venue directly – you’ll find contact information on our Locations page.

Can I work or study at Wolfox?
Of course. Many of our cafés have free Wi-Fi and plenty of plug sockets, making them ideal for a productive session. We kindly ask that you support the café by purchasing something if you're planning to stay a while.

Is Wolfox eco-conscious?
Sustainability is core to everything we do – from compostable packaging and recycling schemes to partnerships with local suppliers. We're always looking for new ways to tread lightly on the planet.

Can I buy Wolfox coffee beans to take home?
Yes! Our signature blends and single-origin beans are available in-store and online. You can also subscribe for regular deliveries via our Shop page. We now also offer Nespresso-compatible coffee pods.

Where does your coffee come from?
We ethically source our beans from sustainable farms around the world and roast them locally in our own roastery. Every cup is crafted with care and transparency. We currently have beans from Ethiopia, Peru, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Guatemala, and Indonesia.

Do you take bookings or reservations?
Most of our locations operate on a walk-in basis. However, for group bookings or private hire, please contact the specific branch directly or use the contact form on our website. For restaurants such as Wolfox Savoy, Tapa Loca, and FUMI, we recommend making a reservation in advance.

Are you open for franchising opportunities?
We primarily license our venues rather than offer traditional franchises. We're always interested in working with passionate operators who align with our brand values. If you're interested, please note that we have specific criteria applicants must meet. To learn more, email us at info@wolfox.coffee.

Do you have a loyalty programme?
Yes – regulars deserve rewards! Ask in-store about our digital loyalty card and start collecting stamps towards free drinks and other perks. We also offer a membership for unlimited coffee – check the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for the “Wolfox Coffee” app.

Are babies/children welcome at Wolfox?
Absolutely – we’re a family-friendly space. Most locations also offer high chairs and child-friendly menu items. Ask a team member for assistance.

Can I bring my own reusable cup?
Definitely! We encourage sustainable habits and offer a discount when you bring your own reusable cup. Just hand it over when you order.

Is Wolfox involved in any community or charity work?
Yes – we proudly support several local charities and sponsor a number of children's rugby and football teams, as well as a cycling team. We're committed to promoting physical activity, community engagement, and mental well-being as part of our core values.

Do all locations have the same menu?
While all Wolfox venues share the same signature coffee and many of the baked goods, each location is unique. We’re not a chain or a standardised business – every venue is independently run and designed to reflect and serve its local community. One thing they all have in common is a commitment to fresh, locally sourced produce – never pre-made or frozen.

Do you cater for events or private hire?
Yes, selected Wolfox venues can be hired for private events, meetings, or special occasions. Please email info@wolfox.coffee with your requirements.

What makes Wolfox different from other coffee shops?
We blend soulful design, locally roasted speciality coffee, and nourishing food with a mindful ethos. Each venue has its own unique character but the same Wolfox spirit.

Can I buy a Wolfox gift card?
Yes, gift cards are available both in-store and online. They make a great present for coffee lovers and can be used at most Wolfox locations.
