Typical varietal is almost as well known as the mother of Gesha varietals, it’s floral and citric tones brings this sweet Chocolate base origin, a bright finish on the palate.

This lot is the result of collaborative efforts by six dedicated producers Luis Orlando Sánchez, Luz Mary Galíndez, Hernán Calderón, Gustavo Calderón, Aldemiro Sambony, and Edwin Jiménez, member of Huila’s based coop Terra Coffee. All producers are part of an organic certification program and ensure proper handling and utilization of farm waste to minimize environmental impact.

The lot is a selection of typica variety from the six farmers and is centrally processed as fully washed in the cooperative wet mill. After harvesting, the cherries undergo a controlled fermentation process lasting 24 to 36 hours, followed by an additional 12 to 15 hours submerged in water tanks. The beans in parchments are then sun-dried for 12 to 15 days, depending on weather conditions, ahead to be prepare for final processing.
